About the role
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will build scalable backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces. You will work across the stack using React, Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes-based deployment environments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain frontend features using React and Redux.
- Build and optimize backend APIs and services using Python and FastAPI.
- Design and manage database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL.
- Deploy, scale, and monitor applications using Kubernetes.
- Ensure secure, robust, and maintainable system architecture.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, UX, and Data teams.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and CI/CD workflows.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React and Redux (frontend).
- Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI (backend).
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (schemas, migrations, tuning).
- Experience deploying applications in Kubernetes environments.
- Familiarity with Git, API security, and microservices patterns.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Experience in healthcare or data-sensitive applications.
