About the role
Requirements:
- 3+ years building production applications across frontend and backend.
- Strong in Flutter (Dart) on the frontend and Python (FastAPI/Django) on the backend.
- Solid understanding of API design, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and system architecture
- Shipped at least one product to users and iterated based on real feedback.
- Good product instinct: you question user flows and data models, not just implement them.
- Comfortable working with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to move fast.
