About the role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Backend Heavy) with strong experience in Java, Python, or Golang and mandatory expertise in React.js . The ideal candidate should have experience working in product-based environments, building scalable systems, and contributing to system design and architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js (mandatory).
- Participate in system design and architecture discussions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps).
- Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.
The core requirements for the job include the following:
Backend (Must Have):
- Strong hands-on experience in Java / Python / Golang (any one).
- Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
Frontend (Strictly Mandatory):
- Hands-on experience with React.js .
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and API integration.
Core Engineering:
- Strong knowledge of system design and scalable architectures.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Spring Boot / Django / Go frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Candidate Profile (Important):
- Must have experience in product-based companies.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working on high-impact, scalable systems.
