Job Description:Position: Full Stack Engineer, 8+ yearsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React.js (frontend) and Python FastAPI (backend) to build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in API integration, caching (Redis), AWS/Azure cloud environments, and performance optimization across frontend and backend layers. Experience with Next.js will be advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesBackend DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications across frontend and backend using React and Python.Implement microservices-based architecture and asynchronous processing where needed.Build reusable components, services, and APIs with clean architectureEnsure seamless frontend-backend integration and efficient data flowEnsure high performance, reliability, and security of backend services.Contribute in system design and architecture decisionsFrontend Development (React.js)Develop rich, responsive, high-performance and intuitive UI components using React.js.Implement scalable component architecture and state management (Redux / Context API)Integrate backend APIs using Axios / FetchApply performance optimizations:Code splitting and lazy loadingRendering optimizationNext.js (Advantage)
Experience with Next.js is preferred, especially: SSR, SSG, ISRRouting and middleware, Performance-oriented rendering strategiesBackend Development (Python / FastAPI)Design and develop RESTful APIs using FastAPIBuild scalable backend systems using microservices architectureImplement:Authentication (JWT/OAuth)Validation, error handling, and loggingEnsure high standards of performance, security, and maintainabilityAPI Integration, Data & PerformanceDesign efficient API communication and data-fetching strategiesHandle edge cases (loading, failure, retries)Work with relational databases and write optimized SQL queriesCaching & Performance OptimizationImplement caching strategies using:Redis caching, API and browser caching, CDN-based caching approachesImprove overall system efficiency:Page load time, Optimize API performance, latency, and scalabilityDevOps & CloudBasic working knowledge of AWS services, including: ECS, EKS, S3Exposure to: CI/CD pipelines, Application deployment and monitoringUnderstanding of containerization and cloud-based application scalingVersion Control & CollaborationUse Git for branching, merging, pull requests, and code reviews.Work in an Agile development environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and sprint planning.Leverage AI tools (e.g., Github Copilot) to improve productivity and delivery quality.Take ownership of end-to-end feature deliveryRequired Skills & QualificationsCore Technical SkillsStrong expertise in React.js (mandatory) & Python and FastAPI for backend development.Hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.Proven experience in React API integration (Axios/Fetch), and state management (Redux/Context API). and full stack developmentExperience with AWS cloud services.Strong knowledge of CI/CD, and DevOps principles.Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.Understanding of microservices architecture, API security, authentication (AzureAD/OAuth2/JWT).System Design & PerformanceExperience with microservices architecture and API designHands-on experience with Redis or similar caching toolsAbility to analyze and improve performance across frontend and backendDatabase SkillsSolid experience with SQL databases and writing queries.Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server)
