About the role
We are looking for a software engineer with 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally within financial services or a similarly complex domain, with strong proficiency in Python and Java and hands-on full-stack development experience using modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or equivalent technologies. The candidate should have a proven ability to work independently, drive projects autonomously, take ownership and accountability for outcomes, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience working in Agile delivery environments with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software is required. Nice-to-have skills include exposure to or genuine interest in financial markets, investment management, or capital markets workflows, experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake or equivalent, familiarity with agentic frameworks or AI-powered application development, and experience working in multi-vendor, enterprise-scale environments.
