About the role
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python or Java.
- Good experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, API design, authentication, and integrations.
- Experience working with microservices and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases and database design.
- Experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP, and software design principles.
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP is preferred.
- Strong understanding of application performance, scalability, and security.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing and owning end-to-end applications.
- Strong exposure to system design and scalable architecture.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Experience working in product-based or SaaS environments.
- Exposure to event-driven architecture and technologies such as Kafka/RabbitMQ.
- Experience mentoring engineers or taking technical ownership of projects.
