About the role
Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Mandatory: B. Tech in Computer Science (CSE) from a Tier-1 engineering institute (IITs, IIITs, BITS Pilani, top NITs).
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and/or Python for backend development.
- Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of system design, design patterns, and distributed systems.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, and application security.
- Experience optimising application performance and scalability.
Good to Have:
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Experience with caching, messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and event-driven architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and coding skills.
- Ability to own features end-to-end.
- Experience building production-grade web applications.
