Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce visual content that aligns with Brikoven's brand identity. The designer will work across digital and print media, contributing to marketing campaigns, social media content, packaging design, and in-store communication materials.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign engaging graphics and layouts for marketing campaigns, social media, website, emailers, banners, and presentationsDevelop branding and packaging designs for new product launches (e.g. pizza boxes, menus, sleeves, signage)Collaborate with the marketing, product, and operations teams to conceptualize visuals based on requirementsEnsure all creatives are on-brand, consistent in terms of tone, style, and qualityEdit photos and enhance product imagery for catalogs and campaignsCreate visual assets for recruitment, events, internal branding, and employee communicationsStay updated with latest design trends, tools, and F&B industry design standardsManage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines
Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field1–3 years of experience in graphic design (experience in food & beverage industry is a plus)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, CorelDRAWStrong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layoutBasic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus (Adobe Premiere, After Effects)Excellent time management and team collaboration skillsAttention to detail with the ability to take feedback and adapt
Preferred QualitiesCreativity with a passion for storytelling through visualsProactive attitude and ability to work independentlyFamiliarity with print production processes and digital ad requirementsBasic photography knowledge is a plus
Working ConditionsType: Full-time, On-siteLocation: Indiranagar (Head Office), occasional visits to production or store locationsWorking Days: 6 days a week (as per business need)
