Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce them to our services.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting methods.
- Identify decision-makers and schedule sales appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of company products/services to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Follow up on warm leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details, call outcomes, and follow-up actions.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call quotas and lead generation targets.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
