Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging them via multiple channels, and promoting our IT products and solutions. The role also includes supporting customers post-sale and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and promote products and solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Schedule meetings for senior staff with clients.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization.
Mandatory Skills:
- IT background (Candidate must be from an IT background)
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and writtenI

- Telecalling and cold calling experience
- Basic understanding of IT solutions and products
