Java Lead

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Bengaluru (Onsite / Hybrid)

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Lead to lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Java experience along with the ability to guide teams, drive technical decisions, and ensure delivery excellence.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members
• Architect scalable, high-performance, and secure systems
• Participate in requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns
• Conduct code reviews and drive quality improvements
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, and production issues

• 5+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot
• Experience with RESTful web services and Microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
• Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Prior experience in a team lead or technical lead role
