Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Batch to join our dynamic technology team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining batch processing systems for large-scale applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain robust batch processing applications using Spring Batch.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient Java code adhering to industry best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Optimize performance and ensure high availability of batch jobs.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and development environments.
- Implement error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms for batch processes.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase.
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of applications.
- Work in Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java / J2EE development.
- Strong experience with Spring Framework, specifically Spring Batch.
- Good knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture.
- Proficient in working with SQL/Relational Databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of job scheduling tools like Quartz or Control-M is a plus.
- Familiarity with build tools like Maven/Gradle and version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes is an added advantage.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB is desirable.
- Hybrid/Onsite (Hyderabad Office) – Flexibility can be discussed during interview.
