About the role
1.Attend the complaints related to Plumbing at site. 2.Ensure 24 Hours water availability in the property. 3.Ensure the healthiness of all Plumbing equipment's, pumps and distribution system. 4.Carry out preventive maintenance as per the schedule. 5.Adopt water saving measures 6.Ontime response to the complaints 7.Maintain the daily job records 8.Maintain the spares stock and inventory 9.Follow the set communication protocol at site.
