MEP Engineer

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage the execution, coordination, and
monitoring of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for residential and commercial
real estate projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge in MEP services,
site coordination, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor MEP execution at site.
- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and HVAC contractors.
- Review MEP drawings and ensure execution as per approved design.
- Manage installation of LT/HT systems, plumbing systems, and HVAC works.
- Coordinate with civil teams for seamless MEP integration.
- Ensure quality checks and compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Handle utility coordination and statutory inspections.
- Support Occupation Certificate (OC) compliance related to MEP works.
- Track material consumption and contractor billing.
- Ensure timely completion of MEP activities as per project schedules.
