About the role
Seeking a Module Lead to drive the development and delivery of Facets-based. NET solutions in a healthcare environment. This role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, team guidance, and delivery oversight across complex implementation initiatives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of healthcare domain experience and strong Facets expertise.
- Hands-on experience with at least one Facets module, including Membership, Claims, Billing, or Provider.
- Strong development experience in Net, MVC, multi-tier architecture, microservices, Entity Data Model, RESTful services, and WCF services.
- Strong proficiency in NET Framework, with the ability to write efficient, well-designed, and testable code.
- Experience working in Agile environments and applying Scrum methodology.
- Strong understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading teams of 5 or more members.
- Experience providing technical direction and guiding the team through development activities.
- Experience reviewing technical designs, code quality, and delivery artefacts to ensure alignment with architecture, standards, and business requirements.
- Experience overseeing sprint execution, task tracking, issue resolution, and delivery milestones to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Experience monitoring risks, dependencies, and production support needs, and driving appropriate escalation and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with solution architecture, AWS, and modern application integration patterns.
- Experience with delivery governance, release oversight, or stakeholder coordination across business and technology teams.
