About the role

We are looking for a passionate Product Designer to create intuitive, scalable experiences across the WorkOnGrid platform. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers to solve complex problems and translate user needs into simple, effective designs. The role involves designing enterprise products, data-heavy workflows, AI-powered experiences, and operational tools, with a focus on turning complexity into seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
  • Design experiences for workflows, dashboards, and data-heavy interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain the Grid Design System, including reusable components, patterns, and guidelines.
  • Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, consistency, responsiveness, and scalability standards.
  • Contribute to improving design processes, patterns, and best practices across the product.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in product design/UX/UI design.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variables, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Hands-on experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Good understanding of visual design, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced product environment where requirements evolve quickly.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including the thinking and problem-solving behind the designs.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing AI-powered / AI-assisted products or LLM-based experiences
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS, B2B, or data-heavy products
  • Familiarity with UX patterns, including AI-generated outputs, human-in-the-loop workflows, approvals, and error/recovery states.
