Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage production environments
- Support incident and problem resolution
- Implement changes and releases
- Utilize cloud operations and IAC Cloud technologies
- Work with Github Actions for automation
- Oversee CI/CD for production deployments
- Utilize Splunk, Grafana, and other APM tools for monitoring
- Demonstrate observability fundamentals in SRE practices
- Administer Linux and Windows servers
- Write scripts in Shell and Python for automation
- 5+ years of experience in production support
- Experience with cloud operations and IAC technologies
- Proficiency in Github Actions and CI/CD
- Knowledge of Splunk, Grafana, and other APM tools
- Strong Linux server administration skills
- Moderate Windows server administration skills
- Scripting experience in Shell and Python
