About the role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder coordination, resource management, risk mitigation, and successful execution within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and clients.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
Conduct project review meetings, steering committee discussions, and client interactions.
Manage change requests, project documentation, and reporting activities.
Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or related field.
12-14 years of project management experience.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid models.
Experience in managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience in IT, digital transformation, cloud, AI/ML, or enterprise application projects.
Exposure to risk management, budgeting, and client-facing engagements.
Experience working with government, BFSI, healthcare, or enterprise clients is an added advantage.
