About the role
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with expertise in sourcing raw materials for pharma, beauty, and perfume products. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor negotiation skills, knowledge of industry-grade raw materials, and the ability to manage procurement processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase raw materials specific to the pharma, beauty, and perfume industries
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for quality and cost-effectiveness
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in raw material procurement
Knowledge of perfume ingredients and pharma/beauty industry standards
Strong negotiation and communication skills
