About the role
As a sales executive, you will engage with international leads, understand career goals, and guide professionals toward suitable IT certification programmes. This role involves managing the complete B2C sales cycle for global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with outbound international leads (US/Canada/UK).
- Conduct career counselling via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Recommend appropriate IT courses based on learner needs.
- Manage follow-ups and close enrolments.
- Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM, MIS, and lead tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
Requirements:
- 1-6 years of experience in international B2C sales, EdTech sales, or voice processing.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Proven ability in persuasion, objection handling, and closing.
- Target-driven with incentive motivation.
