About the role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing deals on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who is comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and field visits.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect businesses that need branding, design, and marketing services.
- Pitch services, prepare proposals, and negotiate with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and deal closure targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong lead generation and prospecting skills.
- Ability to close deals and achieve monthly targets.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a marketing, branding, or advertising agency.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and branding services.
- Experience using a CRM.
