About the role
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound leads, assisting customers, and converting leads into sales.
- Generating sales order documents and coordinating with the operations team to ensure the timely delivery of orders.
- Maintaining good business relationships with clients with constant support.
- Actively seeking new sales opportunities through industry networks and social media.
- Meeting potential clients to represent the company/brand and generating new sales channels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator in a similar/relevant role.
- Strong communication skills, including both verbal and written proficiency in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office with an aptitude for delivering attractive presentations.
- Passion for sales and customer interaction, and the ability to provide good customer service.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to work in a growing start-up environment.
