About the role
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits and direct customer interactions.
- Identify and develop new customers for solar solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain solar products and benefits.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain regular updates on leads, visits, and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel and work in field sales.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Solar/renewable energy experience preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in solar sales may apply.
- Having their own two-wheeler and having a valid driving license are mandatory.
