Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain workflows using n8n
- Configure and manage workflow automation across tools like Microsoft SharePoint and Outlook
- Develop and maintain JavaScript-based automation scripts
- Integrate multiple systems, APIs, and enterprise tools (CRM, HRMS, etc.)
- Automate email workflows, notifications, and document management processes
- Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve workflow and integration issues
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements
- Ensure proper documentation of workflows and integrations
RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in workflow automation or backend development
- Strong hands-on experience with n8n workflow automation
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint and Outlook integrations
- Strong knowledge of API integrations (REST APIs, Webhooks)
- Experience with system integrations across multiple platforms
- Good understanding of automation tools and enterprise applications
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
