- Partner with Business Heads and Functional Leaders to understand manpower needs.
- Align HR strategies with business goals and project plans.
- Provide HR insights and solutions to support growth and operational excellence.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and project-based manpower plans.
- Track manpower requirements, availability, and gaps across businesses and projects.
- Forecast workforce needs for upcoming projects and business expansion.
- Drive recruitment planning and execution in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
- Monitor hiring progress, recruitment timelines, and joining conversions.
- Work closely with project teams to support workforce planning and mobilization for Renewable Energy and BESS projects.
- Ensure timely hiring and deployment of project personnel.
- Identify and mitigate manpower risks that could impact project delivery.
- Monitor employee deployment and workforce utilization.
- Facilitate internal movements and resource redeployment across projects and business units.
- Optimize manpower allocation to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
- Identify critical roles and high-potential employees.
- Support retention initiatives and succession planning.
- Monitor attrition trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain dashboards and reports covering manpower, recruitment, deployment, attrition, and workforce metrics.
