Lead the management and allocation of resources to ensure project objectives are met efficiently Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations Oversee benefits management processes to maximize project value and organizational impact Implement quality management practices to ensure deliverables meet required standards Plan monitor and control project schedules budgets and scope to achieve successful project outcomes
Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to optimize resource utilization and resolve conflicts Engage with stakeholders regularly to communicate project status risks and changes Monitor and evaluate benefits realization throughout the project lifecycle Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols and continuous improvement initiatives Prepare detailed project plans track progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project management staff Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact
