Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Data Tester with 5 years of experience in Database Testing Hadoop Hive and SQL The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and testing skills with handson experience validating largescale data processing systems and ensuring data integrity across enterprise data platforms The candidate should also have a good understanding of defect management and Agile processes using JIRA
Key Responsibilities
Perform endtoend data validation and database testing for enterprise applications
Validate data movement transformation and loading processes across source and target systems
Design develop and execute test cases and test scenarios for data warehouses Hadoop and Hive environments
Create and execute complex SQL queries to validate data accuracy completeness and consistency
Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive testing strategies
Identify document track and resolve defects using JIRA
Validate ETL processes data pipelines and batch processing jobs
Perform data reconciliation between multiple systems and databases
Collaborate with Business Analysts Developers Data Engineers and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups and retrospective meetings
Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and testing best practices
