Our developers architect intelligent workflows, integrate complex ecosystems, and deliver scalable, low-code/no-code solutions that elevate operational efficiency for global clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and workflows using Now Platform tools including Flow Designer, Studio, and App Engine.
- Configure and extend ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR Service Delivery) to align with enterprise SLAs and business process requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (SAP, Salesforce, Azure, Okta) via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Build and maintain ServiceNow UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes for dynamic, rule-driven experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specs and ensure deployments meet security, scalability, and compliance standards.
- Support testing, release management, and documentation; troubleshoot performance issues and perform code reviews for maintainability.
