About the role
Responsibilities:
- Build backend services and APIs in Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI).
- Develop a Hospital Information System and EMR from scratch.
- Create reusable platform services such as payments, scheduling, care subscriptions, and a unified patient record.
- Build AI-powered and voice-first backends.
- Work on ABDM and FHIR integrations.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of backend experience at a product company, startup, or tech services firm.
- Proficiency in Java or Python.
- Strong DSA, OOP, DBMS, OS, and networking fundamentals.
- Daily use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Clear understanding of the design of your current project.
- Stability in past roles.
- Experience with Redis, Kafka, Docker, AWS, LLM or agent side projects, open source, or React.
