About the role
The Global Risk Analytics Technology team is responsible for delivering and supporting technology solutions that enable the Global Risk Analytics organization to develop execute and manage risk modelling and analytics across the Bank These solutions support critical regulatory capital planning and risk management initiatives including CCAR CECL IFRS 9 Basel III and other regulatory and management reporting requirements
This role sits within a highly collaborative and established technology team based in EMEA working closely with quantitative analysts model developers and business stakeholders to deliver resilient secure and compliant technology platforms The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the stability supportability and continuous improvement of applications that underpin the Banks risk analytics capabilities
The team operates in a global environment with strong partnerships across EMEA and the United States Regular interaction with quantitative research model development risk management and finance teams is required including collaboration with the GBAM Stress Testing team within the CFO organization The role provides exposure to largescale risk analytics platforms regulatory initiatives and enterprise technology standards offering opportunities to contribute to both application support and strategic technology enhancements
The ideal candidate will combine strong application support and operational excellence skills with a proactive approach to risk reduction compliance release management and continuous improvement helping to ensure critical risk analytics applications remain secure reliable and productionready
Essential Skills Experience
Strong experience in Level 3 L3 Application Support within a regulated enterprise environment
Ability to manage and deliver RISE remediation activities ensuring applications remain secure stable and aligned with organizational standards
Experience in continuous monitoring and operational support including proactive identification investigation and resolution of application issues
Handson experience with vulnerability management including assessment remediation tracking and reporting of security findings within agreed timelines
Solid understanding of application governance risk compliance and technology control requirements with the ability to ensure adherence to bank policies standards and procedures
Experience coordinating and supporting technology audits control reviews and compliance assessments
Strong knowledge of release management processes including planning coordination deployment support and postrelease validation
Ability to prepare and maintain production readiness documentation including change records implementation plans rollback procedures risk assessments approvals and operational readiness evidence
Experience working with Change Management Incident Management Problem Management and SDLC processes
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across development infrastructure security release management and business teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fastpaced environment
Experience with application monitoring logging and observability tools eg Splunk Dynatrace AppDynamics or similar is desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills particularly in documenting technical issues remediation plans risk assessments and production readiness activities

Experience developing and supporting largescale Python applications in enterprise environments
Strong working knowledge of modern frontend technologies including React JavaScript and Vuejs
Experience working with both structured and unstructured data stores including relational and NoSQL databases
