Job Description
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments ensuring high availability and security Implement and support IT service management processes using SCCM SolarWinds Server and Application Monitor and Veritas NetBackup Monitor server and application performance to proactively identify and resolve issues Perform regular updates patches and backups to minimize downtime and data loss Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize IT operations and service delivery Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Windows Server and ITSM tools Assist in the design deployment and upgrade of server infrastructures to meet evolving business needs
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the administration configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Server systems
Utilize SCCM for software deployment patch management and compliance reporting
Monitor and analyze system health using SolarWinds Server and Application Monitor
Manage backup and recovery operations using Veritas NetBackup to ensure data integrity
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for server configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides
Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with organizational policies security standards and IT service management best practices
Participate in IT service management tool enhancements integration projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct regular audits and assessments to optimize server performance and ITSM tool utilization
