About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and mechanical materials
- Handle material receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, returns, and site transfers
- Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular stock verification, and prevent discrepancies and wastage.
- Manage GRNs, stock registers, material transfer records, and inventory reports through ERP systems
- Coordinate with Procurement and project teams for material planning, deliveries, and replenishment
- Supervise store staff, allocate daily activities, and ensure productivity and discipline
- Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, HSE compliance, and asset tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in MEP, Construction, Engineering, or Facility Management
- Strong experience handling HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV materials
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP/Tally/Odoo and MS Excel
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, stock auditing, material planning, and documentation
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with barcode/QR-based inventory systems is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project locations across India and UAE when required
