About the role
Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance: Install, upgrade, and configure software and hardware, including servers and operating systems.
- Security and Access: Manage user accounts, permissions, firewalls, and security patches to protect company data.
- Backup and Recovery: Perform routine data backups and execute disaster recovery plans.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Technical Support: Assist employees or lower-tier teams with technical questions and IT requests.
Requirements:
