Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing debt recovery strategies within the assigned territory
- Managing a team of debt recovery specialists
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and legal partners
- Analyzing data and preparing reports on debt recovery performance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in debt recovery
- Proven track record of successfully recovering debts
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
