- Strong Banking Domain Knowledge • Hands-on experience in Cards and Payment Systems • Experience in Functional, Integration, and Regression Testing • Knowledge of Core Banking and Digital Banking processes is preferred • Proven experience in banking and cards-related applications. • Ability to lead testing activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and mentor team members. • Strong defect management, test planning, and execution skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
