Test Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Tester to join our dynamic team as a Delivery Module Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the testing processes and ensuring the quality of deliverables through effective test automation strategies. This role requires a strong focus on test automation using Test Complete, along with excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team of testers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Lead the testing efforts for various projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement test automation frameworks using Test Complete to enhance testing efficiency.
• Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.
• Mentor and guide team members in test automation techniques and tools.
• Review and analyze test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, defects, and overall quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to optimize performance and outcomes.
• Participate in project planning and status meetings, providing insights on testing timelines and resource needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in testing practices.

• Proficiency in test automation using Test Complete.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in leading testing teams and managing testing activities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience with other test automation tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance are a plus.
