About the role
Driving Regional Heads/Zonal Heads of Banks ? Relationship management with all external & internal stake holders ? Training & Motivating Team ? Responsible for Sales & Business Achievement ? Sales Planning, Upsell & Cross Sell, Engagement with Channel partne r ? Need to travel minimum (12 to 14 days in month) ? Increase employee’s productivity ? Branch activation & increase product density per branch
