About the role
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:
Lead Generation and Follow-up:
- Contact prospective students/customers through calls, emails, and messages.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain a lead database.
- Qualify leads based on their needs and eligibility.
Counselling and Guidance:
- Understand the student's or client's goals and requirements.
- Explain available courses, programs, or services.
- Recommend suitable options based on individual needs.
Sales and Conversion:
- Convert inquiries into enrollments or sales.
- Present benefits, pricing, and offers effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management:
- Build trust and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
- Address questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Provide post-enrollment or post-sale support when required.
Documentation and CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer information.
- Update CRM systems regularly.
- Prepare reports on lead status and conversion rates.
Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on products, courses, competitors, and industry trends.
- Communicate accurate and current information to prospects.
