About the role
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Counsel and guide prospective customers on products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of sales (preferred for freshers but not mandatory).
- Proven track record in sales/target achievement (for experienced candidates).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to handle high-value clients and complex sales.
