Qualification: Any Graduate or equivalent
Experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related industry.
Industry: Travel & Tourism
Salary: ₹30,000/- per month onwards + Performance-Based Incentives (based on experience and capabilities)
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Promote travel packages, prepare customized quotations, negotiate with clients, and convert leads into bookings.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, institutions, and business partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Research competitors, market trends, customer segments, and potential opportunities for business expansion.
- Coordinate with operations and reservations teams, maintain sales records, monitor follow-ups, and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or business development; travel industry experience is an advantage.
- Proven ability to generate leads, convert enquiries, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop corporate and travel partner networks.
- Knowledge of travel packages, market trends, lead management, and MS Office or Google Workspace.
