About the role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to support our
ghostwriting, publishing, and book marketing services. The role focuses on identifying
potential authors, entrepreneurs, and professionals, initiating conversations, and scheduling
meetings for our senior consultants. This is a client-facing coordination role that requires
excellent communication, research skills, and the ability to build initial trust with prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
● Research and identify prospective clients (authors, entrepreneurs, thought leaders)
● Qualify leads and schedule meetings with senior consultants for detailed discussions
● Maintain accurate client information, pipelines, and follow-up schedules in
CRM/internal tools
● Assist in preparing client briefs, and background research for senior team
● Track outreach activities and share weekly reports on meetings scheduled
● Stay updated on industry trends in publishing, ghostwriting, and author branding
Requirements
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Publishing, or related field
● 0–2 years of experience in business development, client coordination, or lead
generation
● Strong verbal and written communication in English
● Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple follow-ups
● Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and outreach platforms
