About the role
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete sales and growth funnel, from generating new leads and opportunities to converting them into student enrollments and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and business opportunities through online, offline, and local marketing channels.
- Identify and qualify potential customers in the local market.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Convert inquiries and self-generated leads into student enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify new opportunities to increase student acquisition and branch revenue.
- Plan and execute local marketing, outreach, and business development initiatives.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM.
- Work towards monthly lead generation, enrollment, and revenue targets.
- Take ownership of the complete lead-to-enrollment journey.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven approach.
- Ability to independently generate leads and create new business opportunities.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to do both online and offline or ground-level lead generation.
- Ability to identify what works and experiment with different ways of acquiring customers.
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership in an early-stage company.
- Sales, business development, or lead-generation experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales are also welcome.
