About the role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage PCD franchises across assigned territories.
- Build and expand distributor network for critical care injection portfolio.
- Identify and onboard new PCD partners.
- Monitor franchisee performance and provide necessary support.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets through the franchisee network.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring.
- Develop marketing strategies for territory growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing PCD partners.
