About the role
We are a leading Facility Management Services company providing integrated solutions including housekeeping, manpower outsourcing, waste management, mechanized cleaning, security support, property maintenance, and other facility management services to Government.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facility Management sector.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Build relationships with government departments, corporations, educational institutions, hospitals, residential societies, and industrial establishments.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Participate in tender identification, bid preparation, and submission processes.
- Conduct client meetings and site surveys to understand service requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Coordinate with operations teams for seamless project mobilization and client onboarding.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain a database of prospects, clients, and business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Facility Management, Manpower Outsourcing, Housekeeping, Security Services, Waste Management, or related sectors preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM), tendering processes, and procurement systems will be an advantage.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
