About the role
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Marketing Automation:
- Build lifecycle journeys on CRM or engagement tools such as MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, or similar platforms.
- Manage campaigns across WhatsApp, push notifications, email, and SMS.
- Build journeys for onboarding, drop-off recovery, reactivation, and consultation nudges.
Content Creation and Publishing:
- Write, design, and edit Reels and Shorts independently using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Publish consistently across Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Create content in both Hindi and English.
Integrated Campaigns Beyond Paid Media:
- Run at least two end-to-end campaigns with measurable results.
- Explore creator and astrologer collaborations, WhatsApp and Telegram communities, referral loops, festival and muhurat campaigns, ASO, and affiliate marketing.
- Build campaigns around relevant moments such as Navratri, Diwali, eclipses, and other astrological events.
Requirements:
- Bring 3+ years of B2C marketing experience.
- Own growth metrics, including installs, CAC, D7 retention, and free-to-paid conversion.
- Independently analyze performance data and extract insights without waiting for an analyst.
What You'll Own:
- A content calendar built around the Panchang, festivals, and planetary transits, with daily posting.
- Automated journeys from app install to first consultation to subscription renewal, tested and improved every month.
- Two or more non-ad campaigns every month, from ideation and launch to documenting results.
- Google and Meta advertising spend, managed with a freelancer or agency.
- A weekly growth update to the founders covering what ran, what moved, and what's next.
