About the role

Exposure to OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Sarvam AI, or similar Voice AI platforms will be an advantage.Requirements

0–2 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Telephony, CTI, CPaaS, Contact Center, or Voice AI.
Freshers with relevant internships/projects can also apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle.
Ability to understand technical concepts and work with engineering teams.
Strong interest in Telephony, SaaS, and AI products.

Preferred CandidatePriority will be given to candidates who have:

Experience/internship in a Telephony, CPaaS, Contact Center, or Voice AI company.
Basic knowledge of APIs, Postman, Salesforce/CRM, or SaaS products.
Strong understanding of how a customer call flows through a telephony/CTI platform.
Exposure to telephony service providers, voice platforms, or AI technology providers.
