Executive – Operations (Inventory)

Experience: 2–4 Years

Ensure accurate inventory management through effective stock control, cycle counting, system compliance, and warehouse process adherence. Support inventory accuracy, optimize storage, and maintain operational efficiency.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.

• Execute putaway activities and ensure proper location management.

• Monitor and control damaged, lost, and expired inventory.

• Support pick path analysis to improve warehouse productivity.

• Handle high-value and sensitive inventory as per defined SOPs.

• Ensure timely system updates and adherence to inventory processes.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.

• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.

• Maintain inventory records, reports, and audit documentation.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.

• Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and MS Excel.

• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
