Key Responsibilities
* *Talent Acquisition:* Lead recruitment for sales, technical, service, and managerial roles across Chennai dealerships and service centers.
* *OEM Alignment:* Coordinate OEM-mandated training and certification programs (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, JLR, Porsche).
* *Performance & Talent Management:* Manage annual PMS cycles, KPI frameworks, employee retention, and succession planning.
* *HR Operations & Compliance:* Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, employee grievances, and ensure 100% adherence to Tamil Nadu labor laws and statutory regulations.
* *Culture & Engagement:* Drive employee engagement, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.

## Candidate Requirements
* *Education:* MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
* *Experience:* 8 – 15 years of HR experience.
* *Skills:* Strong knowledge of dealership operations, Tamil Nadu labor compliance, HRMS platforms, and team leadership.
