About the role
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for working with the Inside Sales team to increase conversion rates and support the team in day-to-day activities.
- Directly calling customers/leads to conversion and understanding reasons for not converting.
- Interacting with customers via WhatsApp through the CRM platform.
- Examine sales-related data, propose and implement countermeasures to hit the targets.
- Follow up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through websites, chats, emails and social media.
- Be responsible for achieving his or her sales targets through direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.
- Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of prior work experience.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- High level of empathy.
