About the role
This role would be part of the B2C sales function for our International Business Groups (US Market). He/she would drive new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, operations, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels.
- Preparing a short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals.
- Consistently achieving revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
- Understanding the customer requirements and passing on the insights towards product portfolio improvement based on customer interaction/feedback.
- Key Account Management.
- New account development.
- Operations and Reporting.
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Open to work between 6.30 pm and 4.30 am (night shift).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Neutral Accent for Interacting with the Global Customer Base.
- Work From Office (Location: Bangalore - HSR Layout).
